Return Policy

You have 30 days from the initial purchase to return. Product must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Footwear must be returned with its original packaging and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. Please mail the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Military Surplus and Sale (Discounted Items) are Final Sale.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
